If there’s one thing Black children don’t need, it’s a Role Model like this one.

Role Model… Or, Fast Food For Thought?

by Raymond Nat Turner

He orders

Take out

Tuesdays, and

Justice is served

On shards of glass,

Pulverized cement and

A bloody batter of

Blackened brains

Over filet of female

Infants—their eggs

Delicacies for the caviar

Cayman Island crowd!

Question: should grandsons

Cam and B, seven and nine,

Aspire to such heights?
