Ray McGovern served as a CIA analyst for 27 years, from the administration of John F. Kennedy to that of George H. W. Bush. In January 2003, Ray co-founded Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) to expose how intelligence was being falsified to ā€œjustifyā€ war on Iraq. He joins us as the Iraq invasion took place 20 years ago in March 2003. Now another president wages a proxy war in Ukraine. Ray McGovern joins us from Washington in the second part of a two-part interview. (Part 1)
