Sara Flounders, of the United National Anti-War Coalition, thinks the upcoming summit meeting between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, in Helsinki, Finland, July 16, probably won’t yield much in terms of substance. “U.S. power is going down in its global impact,” said Flounders. The economy is in decline. “The only thing the U.S. has to rely on are military threats and debt,” she said. “What can they offer to countries around the world?”
