Roger McKenzie is the international editor of the UK-based Morning Star, the only English-language socialist daily newspaper in the world. He joins us from Oxford to discuss the politics of a growing UK movement against immigration from the Global South. Asylum seekers have been harassed and threatened and huge protests against their presence are taking place throughout the UK. Roger McKenzie discusses how racism and economic distress have created this crisis.
