Black Agenda Radio Ā· New York Prosecutors Discriminate Against Jurors and Defendants of Color

Ten ethics complaints were filed against prosecutors across New York state, alleging discrimination against prospective jurors of color. We are joined by Bina Ahmad of Civil Rights Corps, a non-profit organization dedicated to challenging systemic injustice in the American legal system, and Dexter Murray, a civil rights advocate and writer who has direct experience with prosecutorial discrimination in NY. We’re also joined by Adam Murphy, an attorney with the Legal Defense Fund, who represented Mr. Murray on appeal.
