Dr. Gerald Horne is an author and historian who currently holds the John J. and Rebecca Moores Chair of History and African American Studies at the University of Houston. He joins us from Houston to talk about US foreign policy in the wake of Donald Trump’s resounding victory and return to the white house. What will change? What will stay the same? What does Trump’s previous tenure as president tell us about his foreign policy positions? Dr. Horne provides analysis.
