He joins us from Washington to discuss the killing of more than 50 people in Congo who were demonstrating against the United Nations Stabilization Mission in the DR Congo (MONUSCO), the Regional Force of the East African Community, other UN agencies and international non-governmental organizations on August 30, 2023.
