Leah Goodridge is a tenantsā rights attorney, a writer, and a member of New York Cityās City Planning Commission. She joins us from New York to discuss the latest effort by landlords to do away with New Yorkās system which regulates rents on thousands of apartments. The United States Supreme Court has previously declined to hear these cases but the latest attempt is led by Randy Mastro, who mayor Eric Adams has nominated to head the cityās Law Department.
