Black Agenda Radio ¡ Victory for Chicago Police District Councils

Frank Chapman is Executive Director of the National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression. That organization led the fight for community control of the police, with the creation of the Community Commission on Public Safety and Accountability in Chicago. Sixty-six members were recently elected, 3 for each police district, who will have new powers to hold the police department accountable to the community.
