Leah Goodridge is an attorney, housing advocate, member of the New York City Planning Commission, and a former member of the Rent Guidelines Board. Leah Goodridge joins us from New York City to talk about that city’s loss of its Black population, 200,000 people in the last 20 years. She explains that the lack of affordable housing has created this trend.
