Dahoud Andre joins us from KOMOKODA, the Committee to Mobilize Against Dictatorship in Haiti. He’s also the host of Eritye Papa Desalin, a daily Haitian community radio program and the host of Haiti: Our Revolution Continues on WBAI. In Part 1 of our discussion, we heard about Haiti’s construction of the Ouanaminthe canal. He joins us from Brooklyn to talk about the history of Haiti’s resistance to foreign interference and occupation, from the beginning of that nation’s founding until the present day.
