Also, we discuss the need for an enlarged housing voucher program in New York which would help low-income and unhoused people. But first, the construction of the Ouanaminthe Canal in Haiti is bringing sovereignty to the nation’s agricultural system even as it faces a new foreign occupation led by the United States.
