I.

…’40s demand—30 years ago! Big Apple’s 1st Black

Mayor proposed civilian agency investigate police mis

conduct. Who brandished fully-loaded big lies? Who

spread 90-proof five alarm fires?

Who bussed bullies, Boers with bottles, badges and

Guns—to Murray Street bars—10,000-strong? Who

vomited them over barricades emblazoned: POLICE

LINE DO NOT CROSS? Who blocked the Brooklyn Bridge?

Who scribbled klan-ish caricatures whipping the ‘white’ mob

into a frenzy? Who fired automatic N-words, demoting the

mayor to “Washroom Attendant on crack?” Who brandished

Benevolent bigotry? Who fueled uncivil disobedience? Who

threatened thuggish terror? Who morphed mob madness into

confederate calls— “Take the hall!” “Take the hall!”?

Who set off white supremacists—unable to walk the chalk

thin blu line—pissing on walls and steps of Gracie Mansion?

Who galvanized gun thugs gifting journalists/photographers

punches and kicks? Who $campaigned Urination under God?

II. Who resurfaced hungover hustler, sucking 9/11 blood? Who?

Who met with Jack Daniels, Johnny Walker Red, Old Grandad?

Who took the fifth—all 16 shots—on the 6th? Who came Cristal

sodden for “Trial by Combat?” Who? Who sought a low Barr pardon

Last Days of Pompeo? Who? Who bargained for Boss Tweet discount?

Who?

Who sweated small stuff, suffering makeup failure in Philly? Who?

Who sinks lower and lower—like an hourglass of oily sand? Who?

Who be Grecian Formula Spinning Ginni groomer, gobbling up Dr.

Goebbels doctrine? Who? Who be like capitalism—growing weirder—

mo’ wicked daily? Who? Who provides Amos & Andy counsel?

Who? Who couldn’t out-lawyer Larry Williams, Lynne Stewart, Flint Taylor or

Walter Riley—with team of 10,000/budget of a billion—Who?! Who?!
