Mumia Film Producer Says Nov. 9 Death Penalty Hearing is Critical

For more than thirty years, questions of mishandled and faked evidence, coerced witnesses, racially stacked juries, judicial bias and the culture of racism and corruption that pervades the Philadelphia Police Department have dogged the case of political prisoner Mumia Abu Jamal. The acclaimed journalist and former Black Panther remains on death row to this day, and the weeks are counting down on what may be his last round of appeals.
