April Goggans is an organizer with Black Lives Matter DC. She filed a Freedom of Information act request with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington in order to determine the extent of surveillance on her activities. After 5 years of seeking information, and denials that such information existed, she appealed a judgeโ€™s dismissal and has been granted a hearing. She is joined by Max Rameau, an organizer with Pan African Community Action.

Erica Caines is Co-Coordinator of the Black Alliance for Peace Haiti and the Americas Committee. She is also co-editor of the Hood Communist blog. She discusses the recent anti-imperialist summit held during the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles.

Attorney Bryan K. Bullock defended three detainees who were held at the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay. He discusses the continued impact of policies which legitimized violations of human and constitutional rights.

The congressional hearings investigating the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol are a diversion for desperate democrats. They also ignore the constant threat of mob violence caused by racist feelings of aggrievement.
