Freedom Rider: Not Voting for Obama

by BAR editor and senior columnist Margaret Kimberley

The top Democrat and Republican have clashed face-to-face three times – and emerged far more alike than different. “Given this degree of collusion, why would it be so terrible if Obama lost?” The presidential electoral exercise looks more like an exorcism in which both parties are the Devil.

Freedom Rider: Not Voting for Obama

by BAR editor and senior columnist Margaret Kimberley

The three presidential debates between Obama and Mitt Romney showed more agreement than disagreement.”

Two weeks before Election Day, most polling indicates that Barack Obama has sufficient support to win an electoral college victory. If the past four years are any indication, that victory will do little to help the millions of people who put Obama in office. His claims of success are either dubious or obviously harmful for people in this country and around the world.

The health care plan is a great unknown, not the Medicare for all that we need, but a bail out of the private insurance companies who have created the health care crisis in the first place. The war in Iraq which Obama brags about ending would have ended no matter who was in office because Bush signed an agreement mandating the departure of most combat troops. Obama has used the Federal Reserve to bail out the banks to the tune of 16 trillion dollars.

The three presidential debates between Obama and Mitt Romney showed more agreement than disagreement. Obama proclaimed that he and Romney probably agreed about Social Security, that is to say, both think it should be on the budgetary chopping block. Romney was forced to say during the third debate on foreign policy that he agreed with the president on crushing the Iranian economy or killing people with drones or thousands of Syrians in an effort to over throw their president.

Given this degree of collusion, why would it be so terrible if Obama lost? His supporters argue that the end is near if Mitt Romney is inaugurated in January 2013. They point out that he would overturn Roe v. Wade and appoint conservatives to the federal judiciary. He has said that he will repeal the Obama health care plan, but the benefits of “Obamacare” are unknown and it isn‘t clear what sort of repeal Romney would enact when he pushed through a nearly identical plan in Massachusetts.

The ever-rightward moving shift of the Democrats has brought us to this juncture.”

As we have pointed out in Black Agenda Report, it is a lack of progressive activism which has precipitated this crisis. In the absence of strong and coordinated opposition to Democratic Party duplicity, progressives meekly go along with whatever bad deals are presented to them and then recoil in fear every four years when they are told that the barbarians are at the gate. Republicans only help make the case for this complicity with openly racist and misogynistic policies.

Now that the White House has publicly announced a continuation of its kill list program, complete with an Orwellian term “disposition matrix” used to justify murder, it is time to question all of the assumptions which lead us to the polls and guide us how to vote. It is obvious that Obama and the Democrats are not the lesser of two evils. They are just the more effective evil, having made their evil more palatable to their supporters. The ever-rightward moving shift of the Democrats has brought us to this juncture, where we are told to fear Republicans who are more radical on social issues precisely because the Democrats have copied them in every other aspect. If Democrats also believe in wars of aggression and bail outs and subservience to finance capital, Republicans are only left with abortion and gay marriage as issues to differentiate themselves.

Progressives are protecting less and less with each election cycle. The winner-take-all electoral system makes other parties irrelevant and relegates them to spoiler status, but the argument against supporting them is weaker as the system deteriorates. The argument that voting changes nothing for the average person is a valid one, and the sight of Romney and Obama declaring agreement on the issues of empire and finance makes that point quite clearly.

We are left with a plea to honor the memories of those who sacrificed, sometimes with their lives, during the freedom struggles of the 1960s. But those people fought and died for full citizenship rights, of which voting was just a part. No one today should worry about dishonoring or dismissing their sacrifice by refusing to take part in the farce that national elections have now become.

If Democrats also believe in wars of aggression and bail outs and subservience to finance capital, Republicans are only left with abortion and gay marriage as issues to differentiate themselves.”

It is acceptable not to vote at all, or to vote for someone other than Barack Obama. Some who claim to be leftists argue against particular Obama policies only to conclude at election time that he should be elected anyway. These people undercut their own arguments and make a mockery of themselves. Their pleas to stop surveillance or drone assassinations or the destruction of nations such as Libya and Syria become hollow because they refuse to acknowledge the corruption that is an integral part of the system.

Arguing for the re-election of a person who so clearly is a danger to the nation and to the world is at best illogical, and at worst is immoral. The time for defending tiny victories should end. Barack Obama and the Democrats should know that their critics mean business, and will cease supporting them. Racist statements from right wing pundits and bizarre statements about rape and pregnancy shouldn’t fool anyone into supporting policies that are wrong for this country and for the world.

On November 6th it is perfectly acceptable, morally right, and politically principled to boycott the election or to vote for a party other than the Democrats. Hand wringing about a Romney victory is mostly phony, and geared to keep progressives silent in the face of each new assault. Obama may win after all, but it shouldn’t be because people who claim to be on the left are complicit and a party to his wrongdoing.

It is immoral to vote.

Bravo, Margaret!

There are many persuasive arguments for voting, but there are no moral arguments for voting.

When somebody tells me that they're voting because they want better Supreme Court appointments, marriage equality, marijuana legalization, or GMO labeling, I ask, "And how many Pakistani and Somalian babies are you willing to kill to get what you want?"

You are absolutely correct--nobody ever fought and died for a vote that didn't have to be counted or a vote for people who can't be held accountable. The fight was for equality, the right to have as much of a voice in government as anyone else.

In a democratic form of government, by definition, supreme power is vested in the hands of the people. Only in an undemocratic form of government is supreme power vested in a king, emperor, tyrant, dictator, supreme court, or president. An undemocratic form of government is a tyranny.

Not since the Magna Carta of 13th Century has the leader of any country that wanted to call itself democratic, asserted the right to cage or kill people without due process. Obama has returned us to the Dark Ages of absolute tyranny, a Romney win would not change that, and nobody else has any realistic chance of winning. If we vote, we are not exercising our power, we are consenting to tyranny, and there can be no moral argument for that.

Thank you!

@ Beverly

The interesting thing Bev about what you posted the other day from the Des Moines Register regarding Obama's immigration strategy if he wins, is that despite the abject ignorance of Right Wingers who can't think because their racism, and natavism blinds them from critical thought, Obama has deported more Mexican-Americans than Bush II.

AND, as you state, more aggressively pursued medical marijuana dispensaries than Bush II.   He's one of the greatest charlatans and Trojan Horses of all time.  And regrettably, as the Greenwald piece illustrates, by the time the sheeple and the bleeple wake, it will be too late.  Hell, it's already too late.

As of July, Obama deported 1.4 million illegal immigrants since the beginning of his administration — that’s 1.5 times more immigrants on average than Bush deported every month, according to official numbers from the Department of Homeland Security*.

This is but another classic and poignant example of what Glen Ford has spoken and written about, i.e. how the Democrats and Obama in particular OUTFLANK the Right which makes them just that more extremist to the point of being non-sensical and bat-shit crazy.

To be clear I'm not taking a stance of opening up our borders. Frankly my position has hardened over the years because its become increasingly clear to me that its designed to marginalize Black folks more than help Hispanics. (You all should know me by now, I don't shrink away from what I think or say, like your "Heaven-Sent" President).

I'm simply talking about the duplicity and double-speak of Obama.  George Orwell could not have written this script.

The "Blame Game" and the "Reality-Based" Community

No doubt Beverly, they'll blame others.  Assuming he wins, and I suspect he might (I gave a lot of credence to Nate Silver's polling) then when he institutes social spending cuts WHILE LEAVING THE BUSH TAX CUTS ALONE, he'll come up with some elegant sophistry that most Blacks will accept.

They'll hold Whites accountable, not Obama.  They will swear up and down that those Devils in the GOP and Tea Party made him do it.  And, they will convince themselves that it would have been worse were it not for him.  And he of course will gladly play the (false) bulwark.  Beverly, even HIGHLY educated people fail to read alternative news so they buy into the most ridiculous and simplest of bullshit.

If you want my 2 cents worth of conspiracy theories, here goes.  The CIA has been studying mind control for decades, it's taking place as we write this in GITMO and other detention centers for "terrorists."  In fact, its fairly well settled--to me anyway--that it was being implemented at Abu Gharib.  The guards and the intelligence officers supervising them knew exactly how to f**k with Arab/Muslim sensibilities.  (Just like I think they realize Black folks eat symbolic bullshit more than they care to dine on reality and real change).

Moreover, they've hired some of the "brightest and best" minds to study sociology, anthropology and human behavior in general.  I frankly believe the entire Civil Rights Era and the "Integration" movement was a plot.  I believe we would have been better off left alone.  Name me ANY OTHER ethnic minority in America--Japanese, Sikkhs, Hasidic Jews, the Hmong in the Gulf Coast, the Chaldeans here in Detroit, Hispanics and on and on.. that gave a shit about "integration" and Civil Rights.  The White folks have essentially given up on English Only Laws designed to compell Hispanics to integrate.  Hell, they gave up on busing too.  RESIDENTIAL PATTERNS TODAY ARE AS SEGREGATED AS THEY WERE before the advent of "Integration."  So the Hispanics won their war to keep their culture intact, we lost.  And while they celebrate their victory, we whine like bitches they White folks refuse to love us.

And this may be blasphemous but some say MLK, Jr. was an CIA asset.  It's well documented that Rev. Al was an FBI snitch.  Well documented that the Feminist Movement's, Gloria Steinman had a CIA past.  Yes I believe Obama was/is/has been a CIA asset from the get go.

How could he come out of literally thin air?  No legislative achievements or record to speak of at the state or federal level, how could he leapfrog other established Blacks like Conyers or John Lewis?  No way he was OBJECTIVELY truly more qualified than Clinton, and indeed the majority of establishment Blacks backed the Clintons before their "Arkansas side" started coming out and Obama won Iowa, my home state.  His blank slate made him EFFICACIOUS.   And as we know Black and White alike started believing that their thoughts were his.  I forget the technical term for it, it escape me now.

Update:  "PROJECTION" is the term I was looking for.  Black, White and Hispanic alike projected their beliefs on Mr. Blank Slate, the great legislator (not)  aka Mr. "I abstain."

I don't know Beverly, it reminds me of what one of Bush II insider said in an interview with Ron Susskind.  I think we're screwed Bev, because we are part of the Reality-Based Community, we're dinosaurs:

The source of the term is a quotation in an October 17, 2004, The New York Times Magazine article by writer Ron Suskind, quoting an unnamed aide to George W. Bush (later attributed to Karl Rove[1]):

The aide said that guys like me were "in what we call the reality-based community," which he defined as people who "believe that solutions emerge from your judicious study of discernible reality." ... "That's not the way the world really works anymore," he continued. "We're an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you're studying that reality—judiciously, as you will—we'll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that's how things will sort out. We're history's actors…and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do."[2]

I Disagree that MLK Knowingly had any Links w the CIA / FBI etc-

Although he seemingly was influenced by white [Jewish] communists who maybe...

Now for the rest that you've named- I concur.

As far as Obama: His white momma was related to at-least 7-8 previous US Pres including Bush Sr & Jr & ex-VP Dick [Darth-Vader] Cheney. He graduated from Columbia U in 1983 as a political science major specializing in foreign affairs- while at the same time Zig-Zig Brzenzki was a tenured Prof in Columbia political science dept, who's of-course a well known foreign policy wonk. So who shows up as the 'Obama Candidate's' top foreign policy wonk- Mr 'Grand Chess-board' master himself. [PS MS Steinem once brought up Brzenzkis's name in an interview before her MS feminist icon days]

Obama is from my home-town so I've been aware of him before most others across the US & the World. I suggest you review Obama's 2004 senatorial race in IL [vs Jack Ryan who's Geri Ryan's ex], because as I've said before, it seems like the way was paved for him to get into the US senate, which he then used as a spring-board to leap-frog his way to the Presidency.

"Racism" on Immigration? What about Blacks?

Black folks voted against the California immigration bill in the 1990's and they weren't labeled "racists".  They did so because they knew they'd lose JOBS if there were no immigration controls.  The one group really pushing for immigration are Jews because they understand it weakens socieity as a whole and causes displacement.  A real immigration policy would be repealing the "free-trade agreement" that is devestated the economy of our trading partners.  Ending NAFTA would go a long way in rebuilding the Mexican economy so that Mexican would not have to flee Mexico for jobs in the US.

The immigration issue is not a simple-minded issue label those who raise legitimate concerns "racist".  Like I said take a look in the mirror of African Americans who voted AGAINST the CA immigration bill and you'd find real concern being expressed.  The same hold true for working class whites as well.

I feel you Deadbeat

I admit to some nuanced feelings regarding immigration or immigration reform. My support for it has been premised on the fact that how the least of us are treated is a measuring stick for how all of us will be treated.  That philosophy caused me to have some sympathy for immigration reform.  That plus the fact that it is humanly impossible to engage in wholesale deportation, plus the fact that both parties spoke out of both sides of their mouth.  Allowing illegal immigration while protesting it.  Bush II prosecuted practically no corporations for violating immigration laws, plus Obama deporting more Mexicans than Bush II.  So my sentiments were often influenced by the duplicity.

But upon further reflection, I am moving closer and closer to your position and the reality that immigration reform is nothing but a Trojan Horse with which to screw African American labor, dilute the census impact of Blacks and thus the allocation of federal funds.

I believe I've ALWAYS acknowledge that Mexicans don't give a shit about Blacks, NOBODY does.

The Fact Is If They're Serious about Over-turning Roe v Wade...

The SCOTUS court already has enough conservative justices [5] to do it. IMO this Roe v Wade is in danger under RMoney hype [didn't RawMoney used to for 'Women's "Freedom of Choice" ' before he was against it], is just another lame scare-crow excuse that pseudo-progressives use to justify voting for the 'More Effective Evil'.

A Rebuttal to Lame-Stream Feminism's Myopic focus on women's so-called 'Freedom to Choose' [abortion & birth-control] as the only important issue for women. From the Salon article that EC linked to: 'The Progessives' Case Against Obama' :

} Feminist advocate Emily Hauser insistently made the case that choice will be safe under Obama, and ended under Romney, and that this is the only issue that matters to women, and that anyone who doesn’t agree is, as she put it, delusional. Falguni Sheth argued that this is a typical perspective from a privileged white woman, who ignores much of the [negative] impact that Obama’s policies have on women, and specifically women of color. And even on the issue of choice, you could make a good case, as she does, that there’s less of a difference between Obama and Romney than meets the eye.

Ms Sheth’s piece is persuasive. Obama hired as his lead economic advisor Larry Summers, a man infamous for arguing that women are genetically predisposed to being bad at math [FYI: as the Wold Bank's chief economist Summers recommened dumping toxic industrial waste in Africa  & the 3rd World as sound economic policy- but maybe the health of African women & children ain't that important to lame-stream feminist Obama hypers IE: MS Hauser & her ilk]. Anita Dunn, a White House adviser, later called the Obama White House a “hostile work environment” for women, in large part because of the boys club of Rahm Emanuel and Larry Summers.

Ms Sheth also notes, there's a lot more to women’s rights than abortion. Predatory lending and foreclosures disproportionately impact women. The drug war impacts women. Under Obama, 1.6 million more women are now in poverty. 1.2 million migrants have been deported by the Department of Homeland Security. The teacher layoffs from Obama’s Sec of ED Arne Duncan's corporate driven RTTT assault on teachers' unions disproportionately affect women [= 75% - 80% of all teachers]. Oligarchies in general are just not good for women.

Most likely- Romney, like Obama, simply does not care about abortion, but does care about the court’s business case rulings (the U.S. Chamber went undefeated last year). Romney has already said he won’t change abortion laws, and that all women should have access to contraception... {

You argument makes sense for

Your argument makes sense for presidential elections, but doesn't apply to local elections, ballot initiatives such as the GMO labeling bill in California and some Congressional elections. You can also, vote for third party Presidential nominees that oppose the foreign policy of the two corporate parties without giving any kind of support towards U.S. atrocities abroad.

@ Mark E. Smith, Right On!

Well said, I couldn't agree with you more.  In light of what Glenn Greenwald posted at both the Guardian and Common Dreams anyone who votes for either is voting for their own imprisonment, their own death.  Not voting or voting 3rd Party is the only moral act available, its a moral imperative.

I knew Obama was bad which is why I didn't vote for him in 08, but never did I imagine he'd be this bad.  I figured he would serve 1 or 2 terms as a moderate, center-right warmed over Republican, I didn't imagine he'd serve his term(s) as a facist and dictator that would make Bush II blush.

Obama is now institutonaizing and codifying into law and custom the WORSE abuses imaginable.  He's doing things that even gave the Bush II neocons pause for concern.

When Obama kept Bush II appointees like Gates and Peatreus and reached back to Clinton appointees who gave us "free trade" and gutted Glass-Steagall, should have been enough for people to pause, but they didn't.

It doesn't matter who wins in November, the jig is up, because thanks to Obama he's enshrined a totalitarian framework into the fabric of the United States office of the presidency.

Martin Luther King, Jr. must be turning over in his grave, that ignorant-ass clowns despoiled his name by inserting this unseemly character into the pantheon of civil rights achievements.  You have to give Bush II credit, at least he didn't lie to the people about his intentions and it turns out the caution that he exercised has been absolutely and completely thrown to the wind.

Anyone who votes for Obama is a goddamn fool.  You can't call him Bush-Lite anymore, he's uber-Bush.

In pursuit of this goal, "White House counterterrorism adviser John O Brennan is seeking to codify the administration's approach to generating capture/kill lists, part of a broader effort to guide future administrations through the counterterrorism processes that Obama has embraced." All of this, writes Miller, demonstrates "the extent to which Obama has institutionalized the highly classified practice of targeted killing, transforming ad-hoc elements into a counterterrorism infrastructure capable of sustaining a seemingly permanent war."

Worse still, as the ACLU's legislative counsel Chris Calabrese documented back in July in a must-read analysis, Obama officials very recently abolished safeguards on how this information can be used. Whereas the agency, during the Bush years, was barred from storing non-terrorist-related information about innocent Americans for more than 180 days – a limit which "meant that NCTC was dissuaded from collecting large databases filled with information on innocent Americans" – it is now free to do so. Obama officials eliminated this constraint by authorizing the NCTC "to collect and 'continually assess' information on innocent Americans for up to five years".

Mark, under this rubric WHO ISN'T A TERRORIST?? And how could the American people actually be safe if government officials and their corporate contractors are worrying about what you and I write on blogs or comment in Left-Leaning websites like BAR, instead of focusing on the real enemies and real clear and present dangers?

They ain't gotta worry about us blowing up or shooting up shit.  I just don't give a flying f**k about voting anymore.

You are 200% correct my Brother

I was channel surfing and watching a program on BET last night, titled:

BET Asks: Will Black America Decide 2012?

BET Network develops docu-series on the Black vote and this years Presidential election

Let's be real (which is why I don't take myself to seriously despite the seriousness/life/death issues we face).

Negroes gonna vote for Obama because they have already invested years of themselves in him.  You have to go back before 2008, back to 2007 when the 08 campaign began.  All of us "old school" BAR supporters remember when we verbally and intellectually battled the Obama sycophants up to the 08 election.

Hell, in 07-08 BAR articles/attempts to give the bleeple the 411 would easily get 40 to 60 responses/comments.  Us die-harders would be ganged up by 40 to 50 Negroes, Obamabots any given week.  For what its worth (and despite my dismay) the fact that we don't have to battle a similar number, speaks volumes of the talented cast at BAR and their ability to get the message out.

The Obama groupie/dumb-asses, syncophants are not out in droves as they were during Obama's first run.  There were snippests in the BET "documentary" (which I admittedly did not see in whole) that addressed some of the disillusionment.  But by and large it was a pro-Obama piece.

And for that reason I could not watch the entire piece and I'm glad I did not.  Because I was able to come across the Black Genesis piece I talked about elsewhere herein.

But Bruh/Sis, you are right.  Negroes so messed up psychologically and so intellectually lacking that they will vote for Obama.  So many are invested in him though he not in them.

And sadly, when he fucks them in the ass w/o lubrication, they will still consider it a love tap.

I ain't so arrogrant or detached from reality that I can't accept that NOW as in 08, there are a small, if not infintestimal number of us, arguably preaching to ourselves versus the choir.  Which is why I've said/written:  "Fuck em."  It is what it is..... Sadly.

p.s.  Aint yall glad I was watching some intellectual shit Friday night instead of porn?  Of course that was facilitated by budgetary constraints/awareness in light of the renewed RECESSION coming in 2013 when Obama "saves" us from the Fiscal Cliff.  It compelled me to make some sacrifices, which is what the President is going to ask of all of you.  I got a head start.  LOL

Re: MLK point taken but let me take us to higher plane

I concede your point about Dr. King my friend.  I've "heard" this said, but there is no concrete evidence to support it.

HOWEVER, that doesn't diminish my points about the failures and mis-directions of the Civil Rights Movement nor this sick pre-occupation with "Integration," into a society that rejects us.  Though I do acknowledge the movement was both infiltrated by regressive forces and/or hi-jacked.

And let's be clear.  I don't buy into concepts of racial superiority. No need to, because the genetic, anthropological and now cultural evidence is that EVERYONE on this planet descended from Black Africans.  Louis Leaky confirmed this, the anthropological evidence confirms this.  So every non-Black person that hates Blacks actually hates themselves.  But in a twisted play on fate, they've used their economic and cultural hegemony to make Blacks hate themselves.  That's diabolical my friends.

I was watching TV last night and came across this incredible piece of information. It simply confirmed my own beliefs and studies.  That civilization originated (probably in the Sudan) with Black Africans.  Funny how the first acknowledged "civilization"-- the Egyptian one-- is never depicted as being Black, Cleopatra is always portrayed by Hollywood as some sexy Brunette.  Not to mention that Euro-Centric racists never acknowledge that Athenian or Roman Civilization came from the Pharonic lineages.  That's a discussion for another time.

You never see African-like features in any depictions of ancient Egypt.  But we all know that Black civilizations existed before Egyptian or Sumerian civilization.  We all know from Western Civ 101 that civilizations borrow one from another.

So let me share this with everyone.  Old new to many, provocative--perhaps--to most.  But only provacative if you either lack knowledge or you're racist.

There is no greater intellectual fraud and dishonesty, no greater proof of the abject intellectual and moral bankruptcy of all of the purveyors of the superiority of Western Civilization or Euro-Centric individuals, than there refusal to acknowledge their origins.

Funny, how those who claim THEIR superiority based on the Scientific Method, simply refuse that same method in acknowledging that they come from Black Africans--anthropologically, genetically, culturally-- and that Black Africans are the orginators of CIVILIZATION, period point blank.  This abject refusal to acknowledge the SCIENCE speaks to the dark hearts of the deniers

But while they attempt to destroy us--Black Americans or Africans or Blacks elsewhere on the globe-- here is another  SCIENTIFIC rekoning.

White and Euro-Centric racists will not survive and inherit this planet alone. All they are destroying is actually themselves.  Isreal is another case in point.  No Caucasoids occupied ancient Biblical lands.   No about of drones, no amount of concerted genocide to diminish people of color will defeat melanin, nor the historical, anthropological, historical and genetic truths. This isn't about me touting superiority. I believe in ONE RACE.  Why can't some of you devils admit the same?

It's about the refusal of racists to acknowledge their Black ancestry and orgins.  How can I "hate" White people when this courageous and intellectally honest White man is telling the story of the human race?  I'm a humanist as is this great White intellect, but the planet is not.  This is why we will destroy ourselves. Because we embrace lies and myths and not the truth.  Whether its about the origins of human beings or about Obama and the duopoly.

Where they show how virtually ALL Ancient Cultures [Not Just ancient Egypt, Nubia & Ethiopia], were originally established by Black & Brown peoples. And they do it not just in words but w original artifacts. IMO they've got both the broad over-all picture & most of the details right- even when it cuts across the grain of what even many Afro-centric folks think RE: ancient cultures outside of Africa especially- in the so-called Middle-East [& even along the Northern Mediterranean region].

Especially note-worthy: 1} They show pictorially how depictions of Yeshua [aka Jesus] & his Disciples went from Black to, between the period of the Crusades to the European Renaissance- w Michelangelo's {in}Famous work in the Vatican's Sistine Chapel [circa 1300 ACE - 1600 ACE], to white.

2} How they show both pictorially & w commentary how the ancient Persians & Sumerians were Black. This is important because some are now hyping Sumeria over Egypt as the 1st civilization, in a disingenuous attempt to show that civilization did NOT orginate in Africa.

3} How they analyzed the most famous depictation of Alexander the Great's defeat of the Persian King Darius-III, as NOT an authentic representation of that battle, because the guy that's allegedly Alexander is wearing Roman instead of Greek armor [FYI: this mural was un-earthed in Pompeii Italy], & the guys that are supposed to be Darius & the Persians are not wearing traditional Persian warrior outfits [ancient Persia's crack troops were called the 'Immortals' - some full color murals of these Persian 'Immortals' makes it clear they were NOT some type of white guys- See: -&- ].

I rest my case....|newswell|text|FRONTPAGE|p

Poll: Majority harbor prejudice against blacks

This is my point about the failures of the Civil Rights Movement--though well intentioned-- and Integration.

Get the f***k over it!!!

African Americans need to stop wasting precious time trying to be loved, it ain't happening, never has, never will.

I'm not suggesting we cop to the same dumb shit because I believe we should work with the minority that doesn't harbor these sentiments.  I believe we are all one and the same human race, but it don't matter.

But to "March on Washington" and constantly whine like lil bitches about White folks not loving us is nothing but a goddamn waste of time.  You all can engage in this fruitless/useless exercise all you want. (and sadly I'm sure the majority of Blacks will)  Me?  I'll work with the Minority of Whites available to work with. I will actually sleep well tonight in light of the poll while some of you dumbasses will toss and turn in your sleep, wondering "why?"  Damn "why."  It is what it is.

When are you stupid Black MFrs gone git it!!??

Nobody likes your Black asses, so instead of boo hooing like fricken crybabies and wannabees, EMBRACE THAT SHIT.  It's why I say Look Inward, damn looking outward.

Fuck false equality as the Integrationists tout, embrace equanamity.  Embrace your unique differences and unique culture. Maybe then we'll stop killing each others at a faster pace than the KKK.

Once upon a time we did embrace looking inward, hence the Black Consciousness movement, but enter the Integrationists and the Feminists who fucked it all up.

Like I said and will keep saying:  Name me another ethnic group in America who gives a good goddamn that they are liked or accepted by the majority.  Spend all your time worrying about (inactive) affirmative action and inclusion.  And ignore Black pathologies that only we can tackle.

Fucking cry babies.  Many of you are simply trying to get paid trying to swim against the torrent of Niagra Falls.  Patheic.

All you post-racial whores and charlatans have about as much veracity, authenticity as the crackers and other non-Blacks who deny the scientific evidence of their origins and the orgins of civilization.   To each and every one of you, and those who refuse to accept reality:  Kiss my copper-colored ass.

What you ass kissers, moral cowards, and intellectual pygmies need to understand is that there is no MORAL PERSUASION, laws or legislation, or for that matter SCIENTIFIC METHOD that can be operationalized to get others to treat your Black asses as equals.  The police will ALWAYS racially profile your ass.  But if we stop violating the law and stay out of harms way, if we walk upright, we can sue and bankrupt them.

p.s.  Do yall see the (so-called) Jews seeking love and approval?  Take a page from those wicked, apartheid loving Israelis.  It's ALWAYS better to be respected than liked.  And non-Blacks will start respecting us when we respect ourselves.  Do you all respect your trifling ass cousin, sleeping in Aunt May's basement, waiting for her precious soul to die so he or she can take out a second mortgage and get high?  And eventually lose the property she spent her life working to obtain???

That's what I thought.  Well, right now we're looked upon as  Aunt May's son/daughter.  You ain't getting no fucking respect, not right now, don't matter if you deserve a little bit or not.  Don't matter if the CIA brought in the dope that got Cousin Larry and Louise all fucked up.

Not just federal elections.

Everyone only seems to think of federal elections, especially the presidential election when they talk about voting. Although Obama and Romney are about the same, their are some important state and local races around the country that are significant as well as ballot initiatives  such as the California initiative to abolish the death penalty.

Thanks for the links

It's a testament to the sickness of Euro-Centrists and racism that millions if not billions are spent on archeology and anthropology and in Hollywood to deny the Black and Brown people their rightful place in the historial pantheon.

This is what pissed me off about the movie the Passion of Christs, hearing Negroes gush about how moving and wonderful it was (and perhaps it some superficial ways it was, I refused to see it).   It served them and others right that Mel Gibson turned out to be a sexist and a bigot.  Poetic justice.

Funny how Negroes want to talk about the transformative power of a Black President (who is really an Uncle Tom extraordinaire)  but refuse to acknowledge the transformative power of a Black Jesus.  Obama has set Black folks back 25 years.  And there is the insult of Blacks going over to Israel to kiss the asses of apartheid practioners.  Another example of the sickness and twisted nature of racism and/or self-hate.

Like I said, funny how those who claim their Western Superiority on the Scientific Method become Luddites when it comes to the contributions of Africa and her Sons and Daughters to civilization as we know it.

Small wonders that Europeans destroyed the art, culture and artificacts of other races and ethnicities, it shamed them, embarassed them, reminded them of their barbarity and backwardness, but it didn't stop them from stealing the knowledge and claiming it as their own.  Sick.
